Working as a core member of our Compliance and Integrity function, you will be responsible for setting up and supervising our compliance and integrity network in West and North Africa. Partnering with Managers and other stakeholders from our affiliates, you will promote a culture of integrity across our business units. Additionally, you will handle complaints and investigate potential compliance issues.

Job Description
Working as a core member of our Compliance and Integrity function, you will be responsible for setting up and supervising our compliance and integrity network in West and North Africa. Partnering with Managers and other stakeholders from our affiliates, you will promote a culture of integrity across our business units. Additionally, you will handle complaints and investigate potential compliance issues.
More Specifically, You Will
- Ensure that SGS affiliates in your region of responsibility adopt and adhere to our compliance and integrity framework;
- Set up and supervise local compliance structures to manage integrity risks and investigate alleged integrity violations;
- Partner with the corporate team on designing and implementing risk matrixes and learning materials;
- Collaborate with local internal and external stakeholders to manage integrity risks;
- Perform preventive testing and audits. You will make periodic visits to SGS sites to ensure that our employees are following our procedures and policies;
- Handle local reporting of integrity violations, perform investigations, and monitor corrective action plans.
- University degree in law, business management, quality management, or similar fields;
- Experience working with risk, ethics, integrity and/or compliance in North or West Africa.
- Experience in working within a matrix or complicated organization;
- Exposure to the industries that SGS operate in (such as Mining, Oil & Gas etc) beneficial;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Arabic and French.
