We’re looking for a Quote Support Intern (One year contract), who’ll be responsible for providing operational and technical support for sales processes

• You’ll be part of the Signify Morocco professional sales team.

What You’ll Do

• You'll support the professional sales organization by managing the bid / quote / pricing process in order to provide high quality quotation proposals ensuring they are compliant, competitive and meet the company growth and profitability targets

• You'll produce and deliver timely and accurate proposals

• You'll monitor the market of public tenders in Morocco

• You'll hold deep knowledge of our company products, systems and services

• You'll interact with sales colleagues and customers in a professional and competent manner

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor degree or equivalent

• 2+ years of bid /quote / pricing experience in the Lighting or Electricity industry & public sector (as a must), basic experience with the lighting design preferred

• Fluent French (both orally and in writing) is obligatory, at least communicative level of English is obligatory

• Around 2+ years in similar role requiring customer interaction (with internal and/or external customers)

• At least good knowledge of Excel

• Excellent analytical and organizing skills

• Customer centric attitude with ability to adjust plans and actions to meet changing market / customer needs
