Responsibilities
Network and benchmark industrial best practices of assigned core processes to setup ideal state and target of such process at ICT.
Develop and maintain process and equipment roadmap for each assigned Company Core Process.
Audit the processes at each manufacturing site regularly to ensure that FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) are done and followed, the KCC (Key Controls Characteristics) are well chosen, and the process & equipment capabilities targets are achieved.
Assist the plant team to develop improvement plan to achieve equipment capability targets.
Participate the development of global equipment standard and provide input of modifications to the standards based on audit and benchmark results.
Approve all outgoing equipment specifications, and any deviations from the standard prior to equipment purchase.
Organize and lead regional and global workshops to share best practice and lessons learned
Coach and provide training to Maintenance Technicians / Engineers and Plant Process Engineers on the assigned technologies.
Support equipment designs as needed.
Other tasks assigned.
What Your Background Should Look Like
Degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience.
10 years’ experience in Manufacturing and/or Industrialization
Bilingual in English reading, writing, and speaking.
In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes (Injection mold & Assembly process)
Experience in Equipment and Tooling Procurement.
Long Term Planning and Problem-Solving Skills.
Large scale project management experience preferred
Strong communication abilities (written and verbal)
Ability to drive accountability and operational tempo amongst core team
Ability to work independently and remotely as part of a virtual team
The capability to travel dogmatically and internationally
Fluent in German is desirable
