Hexcel is currently seeking a Program Manager for our Casablanca, Morocco location.

The selected individual will be responsible for :

• Plan & monitor New Product Introduction (NPI) & Work Package Transfer (WPT) activity for Hexcel’s EAP region (Casablanca) and transfers from ABT region & EAP region to Casablanca.

• Manage schedules, project risk and proactively communicating project information to all programs affected

• Identify, monitor, and track project issues and risks with the project team on a regular basis.

• Ensure appropriate levels of reporting are provided both internally to stakeholders and externally on progress to plan for all elements of NPI, WPT and other projects as assigned.

• Monitor change control within NPI & WPT and ensure procedures are successfully employed

• Support forecast management, order book management, rate readiness & business case tracking

• Support various S&M business processes. Not limited to SIOP, STRAP, Plan & LE review.

• Regular reporting of performance and progress to stakeholders and internal and external customers.

• Support reviews of Forecast, Order Book monitoring, Rate readiness and Business case tracking

• Communicate changes associated with NPI & WPT at appropriate level and proactively assess risk & schedule impact.

Qualifications :

• Engineering degree from engineering school: EMI, ENSEM, ENSAM, ENSMR, AUI..

• Experience of 5 years in manufacturing companies in program management is mandatory

• Strong program management skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Analytical problem-solving abilities

• PMP Certified is preferable

• Language:  French- Fluent, English- Fluent.
