About Hexcel : 

• Hexcel is currently seeking a Production Manager for our Casablanca, Morocco location.

You will be responsible of :

• Actively supports and interacts in monthly and/or plant refresher safety training using available resources and prescribed goals to determine and subsequently help eliminate actual and potential safety issues, unsafe acts and/or conditions to preclude accidents, to keep Hexcel employees safe, and to achieve the Department/Plant and/or Corporate EHS goals and objectives.

• Establishing the labor needs following the business growth evolution making sure to identify the right profile, build the training plan and bring the right number in collaboration with Supply Chain department

• Develops processes to fully meet customer requirements, giving Safety, quality, cost, delivery, and moral equal consideration.

• Solves problems using cross-functional teams and utilizing continuous improvement techniques (LEAN and Six Sigma tools).

• Build annual production objectives making them Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Time bound (SMART) and in line with plant vision/Goals, and monitor progress through effective follow-through bringing clear analysis if below targets

• Manages Business Objectives to meet strategic plans. 

• Inspires, develops, and retains subordinates to create a strong succession plan and pool of professional talent.

• Develops training methods and benchmark standards and administer their implementation.

• Increase throughput, reduce inventories, and reduce operating expenses continuously.

• Implement and maintain operational excellence tools on the floor through regular initiatives deployment of operational excellence

Qualifications :

• Engineering degree from engineering school: EMI, ENSEM, ENSAM, ENSMR, AUI.

• Experience of at least 8 years in manufacturing companies with at least 5 years in a management position is mandatory

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.

• Great leadership skills

• Language:  French- Fluent, English- Fluent, Arabic.
