We are looking for a Logistic Warehouse for our client operating in the Pharmaceutical Industry in Morocco.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, you will manage the following missions:

• Complete daily checks of all equipment to ensure that before use they meet all safety and maintenance requirements prior to use.
• Goods Inwards. Receive stock deliveries, verify quantities, record, receive, handle and store appropriately to enable the company to manage inventory effectively.
• Order Fulfillment. Collect products from operations within agreed upon time frames and prepare them for storage or shipment.
• Customer Despatches.  Fulfill daily orders within agreed targets and ensure goods are despatched with the proper documentation to match delivered on time and in full with compliance to regulatory requirements
• Ensure all stock deliveries, stock movements and goods outwards are processed on ERP as required to ensure accurate records are maintained
• Take responsibility for shipping goods/dangerous goods
• Batch changes, to process and pack customer batch changes to support dispatch functions
• Maintain good housekeeping in work areas in accordance with standards
• Transfer products, tooling and equipment across the business in a safe and controlled
• manner in line with internal request system
• Manage inventory and shipping in any warehouse or off-site storage facility for incoming goods

Requirements and Skills

• University degree with at least 5 years of experience as Customer Support
• English is a must
• ERP knowledge / MS Office
• Previous experience of goods in and stock management processes
• Good at problem solving
• Great at multitasking
• A stickler for health and safety regulations
