What You’ll Achieve
- As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will develop relationships with new and existing clients, consulting on how Dell’s products and services fit into their solutions.
You will :
Build relationships with customers and partners based on knowledge of our technology, products and services
Be responsible for opportunities detection in an Omni-channel approach
Be responsible to provide the best experience to customers, and the best business profitability
Leverages cross-functional resources to achieve results
Participate actively in Virtual meetings with respective Managers and support functions
Essential Requirements
Knowledge of applicable technology, products and services
Ability to identify how these products and services align to customer/partner needs
Capacity to be a results-oriented teammate
Good communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
Previous experience in a sales position
Desirable Requirements
2–4 years of relevant experience
Computer & Digital technologies knowledge.
