Financial Administrator / Full time job Pikala is a not-for-profit organisation. In our vision the bicycle is the key to create more healthy and inclusive cities in Morocco. Our mission is to create education and job opportunities for youth through the bicycle and to enhance environmental awareness.
Job Description
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, or a related field
- Superior mathematical skills; honesty; integrity; reliability; excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) exceptional attention to detail; organisation and planning skills; critical thinking and problem-solving skills; research skills; analytical skills; listening skills; computer skills, particularly with accounting software and data entry.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi task and prioritise workload
- Strong demonstrated use of Excel and Word Duties and key responsibilities:
Finance
- Receipt maintenance (sorted by project, type, item.)/scan and upload accompanying receipts)
- Coordinate and execute financial transactions and activities, such as bill payment, invoicing, payroll, etc.
- Assist in the audit process by providing information and data as requested
- Complete administrative tasks, such as filling out paperwork and filing records
- Create organised records and files to assist in tax preparation
- Answer questions from co-workers, clients, customers, regarding financial information or issues.
- Monitor all bank deposits and payments.
- Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses , etc.
- Monthly reports of the different costs/revenues of the different departments.
- Contracting with staff and Partners.
