- Review arrivals / departure lists to welcome passengers
- Welcoming passengers in a friendly and professional way- Ensures high standard of sanitation and hygiene in the work areas- Preparemise en place priorevery arrival/departure- Serve passengers in a professional and courteous manner.- Attend to timely passengers complaints and report the concern to management- Comply with equipment usage guidelines- Carry out other tasks and special projects as assigned by management- Regularly participate with on-the-job trainings as conducted by company- Ensure proper appearance and grooming while on duty- Coordinate with GE for smooth operation- Have full product knowledge- Reportany maintenance needs- Any other duties assigned by line Manager
