Poste :
We are recruiting a Talent Acquisition Systems Manager who will be leading the sub-function of Talent Acquisition and onboarding systems for the HRIS and will be responsible for a small team delivering global solutions in line with guidance from functional teams and the HR Leadership.
- Manage the development and expansion of the global Talent Systems.
- Analyzes business objectives and user needs and converts them into technical requirements.
- Performs technical direction and decision making around system implementations including a level of hands-on work
- Provides input on potential improvements to the system
- Ensure that the resourcing and skills in the team match the current business demand through capacity management and planning.
- Shape and direct the development or build of the team roles to suit the business needs.
- Acts as a mentor and coach to the team.
- Work with the HRIS director to build a forward roadmap on the system landscape and delivery demands.
- Work with country HR representatives and recruitment groups to drive adoption of tools, ensure support levels are within SLA and help to identify and pre-empt change to the business process.
- Ensure the creation of appropriate end-user training materials.
- Constantly reassess the tools and approach used to keep solutions in line with changing business needs.
