Working as part of the product team, the role is to provide ICT support to the Product Director to help manage and maintain the ongoing portfolio of products,
maintenance of an online web store and technical support for third party integrations connected to an online marketplace.

Duties include being responsible for maintaining and analysing changes to products, including cost calculations and building systems to enable better internal transparency.
You would also help the e-commerce manager with website related tasks and changes, such as;
Shopify Theme updates (visual web changes)
Updating and Maintaining a Shopify ecosystem
Analysing new integrations and apps to improve quality of life for users or internal operations
Reviewing and configuring multi-channel sales providers (e.g. Amazon, ...)
First line of contact for internal ICT related problems

Profile:
You hold a Bachelor Degree in IT or equivalent by experience.
You have worked with Shopify of similar e-commerce platforms
You have strong people skills and have excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
You are used to working under pressure and take on a flexible attitude.
You have a good sense of responsibility and initiative.
You are a problem solver who is driven by results.
