As a Customer Order Manager you’ll be responsible for managing a team of order desk specialists from different clusters to ensure customers can place their orders smoothly and easily with appropriate interfaces.

What you’ll do
Accept and validate sales orders by checking references and validating relevant information
Consistently managing sales rebates process with Finance in post order process
Monthly reporting of order receipts, deliveries, sales and stock levels
Implement, drive and ensure the adoption of digital tools such as Mylighting to drive the hands free sales order management
Build required order desk capabilities to drive sustainable business performance in clusters
Drives cross cluster learning and sharing to standardize and simplify the order management related processes
Your Qualifications
Previous experience in Supply Chain, Order desk or similar roles with customer interfaces
Knowledge of tools such as SAP- MyLighting, Excel and Powerpoint
Fluency in English and French
Be able to analyze and present data and perform root causes on the issues
