What will I be doing ?

•  Ensuring legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the short video platforms
• Development, improvement and maintenance of standards for the security of the online communities
• Improving the content management strategy for the short video platforms
• Coordinating with supervising departments for timely management of content that violates our regulations

Qualifications

Essential requirements

• You will have some experience of working in a high transactional role in a KPI driven environment.
• Ideally you will have a background in either customer service, retail sales assistant, hospitality, administration, warehouse operations or any other role that involves working with daily targets.
• Recent graduates with no experience, but a willingness to learn and capability adapt are welcome to apply.
• You will have a track record that demonstrates your ability to perform multiple tasks while having a keen eye for detail.
• The ability to work full-time differing work rotations/shifts as required.
• Fluent in French is a must and professional fluency in English is a plus (written and verbal)

Preferred requirements

• Familiarity with social media internet laws, policy regulations and market knowledge
• Content Moderation experience is preferred, but not essential
• Bachelor's degree is preferred, however not essential.
