Poste :
- Analyze expected profiles and adapt research based on job descriptions and framing sessions.
- Write job offers and post them on the various job boards (job site, social media, etc.).
- Management and animation of digital content.
- Create and maintain a pool of potential candidates.
- Preselection of applications, evaluate and select the best.
- Ensure that all candidates pass the appropriate and specific tests corresponding to the position for which they will be recruited.
- lead collective or individual recruitment sessions.
- Organized in collaboration with operational staff, the interviews.
- Ensure rigorous follow up on your new hires onboarding and integration according to the Onboarding for all program.
- Complete and update the monitoring tools (dashboards recruitment contact database, etc.)
Profil recherché :
- Diploma in human resources, business or communication.
- Be omnipresent on social media and build up external market intelligence.
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) in French and in English.
- Basics of Moroccan labor legislation.
- Computer skills: Word, Excel, Access.
- Discretion, organization, sociable character, excellent interpersonal skills
