What you'll be doing :

• As part of activation team, the activation specialist is responsible for planning 360 field activation programs and interacting with all stakeholders to ensure all plans are optimized and executed flawlessly.

Key responsibilities :

•  Activation Planning
• IQP Process : Developing a quarterly strategy to ensure activations are featured as well as looking for new opportunities to engage Representatives, Sales Leaders and Zone Managers
• Working closely with Sales Support, Operations, Communication and Digital to ensure all plans are optimized and executed flawlessly
• Industry knowledge/awareness and continual monitoring of competitor activity (Beauty, Fashion and Direct Selling)
• Gathering field feedbacks during field visits regarding mechanisms and gifts selection
• Campaigns follow-up
• Daily follow-up of incentives billing to avoid shorts and planning possible substitutions with supply chain and set-up team
• Preparing last minute actions to drive more energy and achieve the business targets
• Post-campaign analysis

We'd love you to have :

• Degree / Diploma in Sales & Marketing preferable

• Experience with design and development of materials

• Marketing experience advantageous

• Field knowledge and experience required.
