As part of its development, Sitel Group is strengthening its teams and recruiting a Senior Work Force Planner.

Your main missions :

• Collect the necessary information to elaborate schedules.
• Verify the coverage of requirements and alert on the availability of resources for the assignment of missions.
• Organize, update, edit and transmit schedules to Team Managers and OPS Managers according to call flows (time slots and seasonality).
• Set up, control and analyze daily statistics related to the activity of the center (dashboards, internal and customer operational measurement indicators).
• Validate the consistency between forecasts, planning and achievement.
• Size activities according to the production’s needs.
• Carry out various statistical studies.
