Areas of Responsibility:
I. Management & Staff Supervision-Oversees the staff reporting to him/her and coordinates decisions with the General Services /Plant Manager and/or Chief of Operations.
Duties:
A. Ensures the staff reporting to him/her have current job assignments which clearly delineate areas of responsibility, duties and weekly work hours. Reviews each employee’s performance regularly.B. Manages department budgets and expends approved budgetary amounts in accordance with current financial policy as directed by the Finance Manager.
C. Coordinates with the Plant Manager and HR concerning the recruitment of new employee candidates.D. Coordinates with the Director of Operations and Managers when special events change the normal routines of the staff in his/her departments.
E. Coordinates with other Managers for staff that have dual assignments. Ensures that each staff member has a clear delineation of responsibilities.F. Ensures that each staff is adequately trained to perform their duties. Makes recommendations to the Plant Manager or Chief of Operations opportunities for ongoing professional training. Works with each employee in his/her department to develop a personal plan for professional development.
G. Follows and respects all School Board and Administration/HR policies.H. Maintains employer practices in accordance with Moroccan law and policies.
I. Attends staff administration meetings as requested by Plant Manager or Chief of Operations.
II. Transportation- Efficiently manages thebus program, ensuring the safety, security and needs of the students and staff.

A. Determines bus routes to efficiently accommodate the security, safety and needs of students.B. Responds promptly and clearly to Parents requests
C. Trains and oversees the transportation team (drivers and bus monitors), maintaining positive working relationships among the team members.D. Holds bus drivers accountable for fuel disbur
