What you’ll achieve
- As a Technical Support Engineer, you will work with highly skilled technical advisors to develop and deliver solutions that enable customers to maximize returns on IT investments, drive efficiencies and reduce costs.
You will :
Provide hardware technical and software quality support to all customers and lead to a fast and effective resolution of technical problems faced
Being the point of contact for all customer’s technical requests
Uses troubleshooting techniques and tools to identify technical defects/issues
Manage the escalation of problems with the support of level 2
Keep up to date technically (hardware & Software) through internal and external training and personal practice

Essential Requirements
Fluent in Dutch basic English
Good technical knowledge
Customer focus and “do the right thing” mindset
Excellent communication and ability to communicate in a thoughtful, concise and clear way.
