Poste :

Main Missions:

• Ensure the proper functioning of the company's applications technically (On-premise and Cloud), as well as respect for the DevOps-Leyton process, taking into account the expectations and needs of users, while ensuring technological developments and their maintenance .
• Assessing the current plans and practices of Leyton and suggesting changes or training employees in specific methods that can improve results ;
• Share the views and assessments with a project manager and help his team with particular aspects of the development process ;
• Use specialized DevOps tools to increase efficiency ;
• Assist with Software Design and Development, working closely with software engineers and development teams to identify and resolve potential issues in the development stage ;
• Make suggestions throughout the development phase to help avoid issues in the final product ;
• Create Technical Documents and Manuals ;
• Documenting issues and their solutions to help future efforts in the design and implementation of software products. Also generating technical reports focusing on customer complaints and resolutions ;
• Written recommendations to improve technical support tools and processes ;
• Master the Linux operating system;
• Master the concepts of Cloud computing;
• Meet security standards and constraints;
• Analyze and correct the anomalies detected in a transversal manner with all the IT teams;
• Assist the IS team, in the event of breakdowns or difficulties encountered.

Profil recherché :

Bachelor's degree (Bac+5)
5/8 years of Experience as a technical referent
