Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Supply Chain Managers are responsible for the timely, cost-effective procurement, inventory control, planning and quality control of production materials. They ensure the availability of materials in the supply chain, as scheduled, and the maintenance of inventory at the established levels. They coordinate and integrate the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and customers, identifying opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness and capabilities of the supply chain. Resources are focused on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through production processes, and the establishment of key performance metrics and benchmarks to monitor actual performance against goals.

Supply Chain SUPV is responsible analysis of demand data, timely planning, inventory control. He or She ensures the availability of materials in the supply chain, as scheduled, and the maintenance of inventory at the established levels. He or She coordinate and integrate the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and customers, identifying opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness and capabilities of the supply chain. Resources are focused on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through production processes, and the establishment of key performance metrics and benchmarks to monitor actual performance against goals.
He or She uses continuous improvement methodologies to diagnose waste and inefficiencies in the global end to end supply chain and leads initiatives to improve Key Performance Indicators. These include, but are not limited to delivery performance, lead-time reduction and inventory optimisation. He or She should coordinate the supply review process and deliver input to the management business review.

Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for and tasked with analysing the lead-time performance of internal and external sources and driving improvement
- Accountable and responsible for managing the Sales and Operations Planning supply review process and provide an executive summary to the monthly business review process (MPS)
- Accountable and responsible for transformation of current system by using of LEAN tools
- Accountable and responsible for analysing and description of material flow
- Active participation on implementation of advanced planning system SAP upgrade
- Accountable and responsible for leading inventory activities, e.g. vendor managed inventory, driving of optimal stock level of raw material, WIP and FG
- Accountable and responsible for analysing the delivery performance to customer request date and driving improvement
- Active participation in material escalation process
- Bachelors/ Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
- 6+ years of experience in Supply Chain / S&OP / Demand Management or related disciplines
- Experience of working in the Industrial sector is a plus
- Results-driven individual with strong motivation to achieve challenging goals
- Confident performer in situations of high business exposure
- Ability to be proactive and take initiative
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and communication skills
- Ability to oversee broad and complex end-to-end Supply Chain environment
- Advanced knowledge in the use of SAP and Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
- Fluent in English
- Continuous Improvement / Lean Management knowledge is a plus

Compensation
- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $xxx xxx (subject to change dependent on physical location)
- Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
