Missions :

• Ensure the quality of the Group treasury reportings within the expected timeframe
• Monitor the proper implementation of Group directives and policies in terms of treasury management and financing
• Contribute to the optimisation of the Group’s cash generation capacity.

Main Responsibilities :

Treasury Reportings, Budgets/forecasts, KPIs monitoring

• Ensure the reliability of the treasury informations reported to the Group by the local treasury managers
• Assessment and consolidation of the quarterly cash-flow forecasts prepared by the subsidiaries / And follow-up of the weekly payment plan
• Follow-up of the monthly treasury KPIs
• Preparation and monitoring of the monthly cash-flow statement ✓ Working Capital Management • In-depth analysis and monitoring of the main working capital indicators (DSO, DIO, DPO)
• Review of AP and AR aging balances with the local treasury managers
•  Monitor actively the Group overall cash collection capacity / supervise collection actions from local treasury managers
• Work closely with the Purchasing department on the renegotiation of supplier contracts and payment terms
• Work closely with the Financial Control department to monitor WIP and invoicing
• Ensure that the Group's recommendations are properly applied in the subsidiaries.

Procedures, policies, and staff management

• Establish best in class treasury policies and procedures for the Group and subsidiaries in collaboration with the Group Treasury Manager
• Coordinate, lead and assess the activities of the local treasury managers and the junior staff.

• Master’s degree in the field of Management, Finance, Treasury, accounting or audit with at least 3 years of relevant experience in a finance department
• A prior experience in treasury or cash management is a plus
• Strong knowledge of finance, accounting and treasury
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Be organised, rigorous and autonomous
• A critical mind with analytical and synthesis skills are an asset for this position.
