We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Transformation Project Manager.  In this role, you will be responsible for the successful planning and execution of strategic projects.

This position will report directly to the Country Manager of MAWECA (Maghreb & Western/Central Africa) and to the MAR Chief Operations Officer.

We are looking for a transformation expert who is motivated by working in complex, rapidly changing environments (cross-functional and cross-cultural). As part of Transformation Office your mission will be to apply project management methodologies to successfully execute strategic initiatives.

• Build-up and manage transformation programs, according to the company's strategy
• Plan and follow up the activities, motivate and inspire team to successfully complete tasks
• Build strong relationships, achieve buy-in of key stakeholders and influence others
• Risk management: coordinate the issues to be solved and decisions to be taken
• Ensure key deliverables are met, the projects finishes on time and budget
• Apply continuous improvement in project methodology
• Report at different levels (tactical/operational/board of directors) with timely and effective communication on opportunities, wins, financial impacts, KPIs, and concerns
• Manage successful handoffs to business owners and project closing
• All this activities will be performed with the support of a PMO team in charge of the strategic projects portfolio (coordination of projects & provide global vision and coherency between projects).

Profil recherché :

Bachelor’s degree in management, with a minimum of 5 years experience of project management in strategic organizational transformation contexts, ideally in Banking/Finance/Insurance Sectors.

Technical skills :

• Excellent -proven- ability of project management (Waterfall, Agile Project Management tools)
• In-depth knowledge of project management processes and tools (planning, risk monitoring, etc.)
• Ability to anticipate risks, and manage mitigation them with key stakeholders
• Excellent level of English required
• Strong proven experience in multinational/multicultural projects

• Strong leadership capacity, ability to drive and positively influence the motivation and development of project teams, capacity to take responsibility, management of virtual teams
• Authenticity, collaboration and open communication
