Job Purpose

Manage all lead QS able to coordinate with PCMs needs, Keep staffing plans up-to-date. Support SME or be an SME, Able to review BOQ and tender documents, support risk basement activities, assist procurement strategy. assist estimation and costing counterparts.  Knowledge of software's related to quantity measurements. SOP implementation and assurance. Manage extra claim and potential change notice.

Main Scope/Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and issuing of tender and contract documentation, including bills of quantities; Evaluate tender and quotation responses;
• Provide advice to contracts and project teams concerning take-offs and contractual claims;
• Advise, where requested on procurement strategy;
• Identity, analyze and develop responses to commercial risks;
• Analyze outcomes and write detailed progress reports; Review and value completed work and assist in arranging payments where appropriate;
• Ensure compliance with quality standards in all tasks; Provide information for Quality and other Audits;

Education

• Bac +4/5  Graduate & Postgraduate
• Curricula: Engineering & Project Management
