Senior IT System Professional (m/f/d)

• Manufacturing Systems supports the management and implementation of projects for the digitalization of production processes at the Supply Center Leverkusen. As a Systems Manager (m/f/d), you will bear responsibility for our production-related IT systems and ensure the supply of our patients.
• You contribute significantly to the design and implementation of our roadmap for the digital transformation of our Supply Center.  You understand the requirements of the business strategy as well as the needs of the end users and translate these into a digital product vision.
• You can expect a highly motivated team of infrastructure and systems specialists. 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leading digital projects in production-related IT systems in compliance with GMP requirements

• Establishing a deep understanding of business processes in packaging in order to set up and implement digital projects on this basis

• Promoting digital culture change through strategic and operational change management

• Establishing and maintaining close collaboration with internal and external IT partners

• Managing a digital project portfolio including time, budget, and business resource allocation in compliance with GMP standards

• Working closely with operations, software vendors, the Quality Unit, and the various teams within Manufacturing Systems

• Make decisions regarding the system roadmap using knowledge related to business as well as IT dependencies

• Be responsible for the content and quality of digital solutions and work closely with IT product specialists

• Ensure documentation is in place for the implementation and enhancement of the digital solutions

• Monitor user feedback and metrics to continuously improve user experience and business value

WHO YOU ARE

• Completed Master's degree in the field of engineering or computer science

• Several years of professional experience in the field of production and in the management and implementation of IT projects

• Several years of experience in management, operation, and support of complex and business critical IT systems under GxP requirements

• Strong understanding of complex manufacturing IT system landscapes

• Very good knowledge of GMP and validation of computer-based systems

• High level of conflict and teamwork skills as well as very good communication and presentation skills

• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
