Job Purpose

Act as an expert in HSE to support JESA personnel, the Client and other stakeholders within project limits. Provide solutions to idenfiied HSE problems. Build positive relationships with stakeholders both internal and external. 

Main Scope/Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent implementation of JESA HSE program (inspections, SPA process, TBT process, SER, HSE procedures, risk assessment at regular intervals/when required)
• Support other disciplines in analysis of the project contractual deliverables 
• Produce the HSE Reporting deliverables (daily, weekly, monthly, ...) in timely manner
• Monitor compliance to HSE standards; include monitoring client HSE requirements; conduct scheduled field visits and inspections; recommend and follow through on corrective actions.
• Provide advice and guidance on JESA investigation procedures
• Audit the site HSE program to determine compliance levels.
• Communicate HSE reporting to the project team (client, JESA, contractors), and HSE department at regular intervals
• Mentor and coach other HSE professionals
• Maintain regular communication of HSE matters with stakeholders

Education

• Advanced technical training, and/or advanced HSE certification, bachelor degree in HSE related field preferred
• Curricula: HSE
