We are recruiting aSenior Financial Controller(M/F)for our client,a Pharmaceutical Group with production facilityin Morocco.

Mission:

• Manages the Financial Controlling;
• Responsible foroverseeing financial statements like balance sheets, invoices, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Guides financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures;
• Implements and managesSAP finance ERP;
• Prepares budgets by establishing schedules; collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data;
• Elaborates financial reporting and analysis;
• Establish, document, and maintain financial policies, processes, procedures, and internal controls;
• Drives improvements andefficiencies;
• Works closely withthe Management.

Profil recherch pour le poste : Senior Financial Controller (Pharmaceutical Sector) M/F

• Master Degree in Finance, Controlling,Accounting;CPA preferred;
• Min 5 yearsexperience in Financial Controling, with strong track records;
• In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles(GAAP);
• Experience with financial reporting requirements;
• HighEnglish proficiency;
• Ability toimplementSAP finance ERP from scratch;
• Experience in Management of Finance ERP;
• Rigorous, autonomous;
• Strong flexibility and sense of initiative;
• Strong communication and interpersonnal skills;
• Hands on and solution driven mindset.
