We are recruiting a Senior Accountant / Account Payable Manager (M/F) for our client, a Pharmaceutical Group with production facility in Morocco.
Mission:Manages all account payables of the company;Responsible for end-to-end Accounts Payable process related to key suppliers, and become the central point of contact for key suppliers;Ensure that incoming invoices are processed and paid on time as well as balance reconciliation and follow up on open purchase orders;Reconciling key supplier statements and initiating calls with key suppliers;Actively following up on key supplier invoices pending with the business;
Liaises with the banks;Sets up, develops and drives the best possible internal account payable policies;Reporting month end key performance indicators and potential recurring issues, and indicate areas of improvement.ProfilMaster's degree in Accounting and Finance;At least 5 years experience in Accounting and Account payable management;Ability to set up an account payable management system from scratch;
Knowledge of ERP systems (preferable SAP) and PO process;High English proficiency;IT literate and advanced in Excel;Rigorous, autonomous;Proven methodical and analytical skills;Strong communication and interpersonnal skills;Hands on and solution driven mindset.
