I am recruiting sales team manager, with experience in sales for more than two years in felled of call center, the number one priority for this role is to support the team.
In this role, you will be responsible for the coaching, development, performance and engagement of your team.

Required qualifications
Training and develop team skills and experience, and raise the level of performance
Continuous evaluation by identifying weaknesses and working on them for possible improvements
Create continuity reports
Required profile :
Minimum of two years experience as a team leader in a call center
Fluency in the Gulf or Levantine dialect, with English language skills
Good communication skills, leadership, challenge, integrity and good management skills
Experience in sales and customer service
Excellent computer skills, including (Word - Excel PowerPoint-ect )
