Responsibilities

Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information in a timely manner and present pricing in accordance with standard procedures and customer’s profitability profiles.
Accurately process customer transactions such as orders, quotes or returns with a strong focus on service excellence.
Monitors and ensures delivery date and product quality to meet customer requirements, verifies customer orders are processed correctly.
Confirms special handling orders are expedited.
Exhibits strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills and analyzes the impact of decisions before execution.

Experience and Skills

Bachelor’s degree + in Commerce/Management
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English are essential
