What You’ll Achieve

• This is a great opportunity to join EMEA Global Business Operations and take on a strategic leadership role that will involve working cross functionally, with a global engagement, and regular interaction with senior management.

You will :

• Partner with country GTM (Go To Market) Planners on territory planning and resource alignment

• Operationalize proper territory alignment in collaboration with MDG (Master Data Governance) and timely RM (Resource Manager) set up and Rep to role and segment

• Complete Accounts to Sales set up in SalesWorks & ensure follow up on in cycle changes as needed and support account quality and maintenance efforts

• Act as change advocate towards automation and better technology use & perform ongoing validations/ audits using the internal scorecard

• Support on data accuracy at central level
  

Essential Requirements

• Fresh graduate with less than 1 years of work experience with a Bachelor, or a graduate degree in Business, Finance or Science

• Analytical and detail-oriented profile with strong problem solving skills

• Mastering Power BI and Excel

• Comfortable with changing environment and able to work under the pressure and within tight deadlines

• Strong sense of ownership and Accountability with proactive approach.
