Join us as a Manager on our Sales Operations team in Casablanca to lead our combined Sales Order Management function that include both Sales Recovery Management and Cancel/Rebook activities.
What you’ll achieve
- As a Sales Operations Manager, you will direct a team of Sales Support Analysts, who enable clients to maximize returns on IT investments, drive efficiencies and reduce costs.
- You will play a meaningful role in meeting customers’ needs, as well as focusing on influencing and delivering a positive customer experience according to Dell standards and vision.
- You will build positive relationships, ensuring an outstanding experience for both our customers and our sales teams.
You will :
Hire, manage and develop a diverse and effective team of Sales Operation professionals
Focus on delivering a positive customer experience, maintaining Dell standards and vision
Oversee operational support for customers and partners in the related segment
Provide guidance and strategy on customer order problems and deliver solutions
Manage against KPI’s and business metrics with strong ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with Senior Management

Essential Requirements
2 to 5 years of related experience in a professional role : Customer-facing or Finance/Analytics or Sales Operations
Ability to lead, motivate and direct a team
Strong knowledge of Business Process Improvement and strategic planning abilities
Good knowledge of key sales and management reporting tools
Good customer focus, with strong work ethic and capability to work under stress with calmness and composure.
