About The Job
The Sales Manager is responsible for revenue growth, new customer acquisitions and increase customer satisfaction. We are looking for a sales professional to join our regional sales team as Sales Manager covering Morocco. This individual will drive the development and implementation of sales programs targeting prospective customers, current customers and other key contacts vital to generating sales opportunities. This person will be the central point of contact within their region and must be comfortable with ambiguously defined problems, challenges, and can balance thinking with tactical, detailed execution. Understanding the market requirements to define, position, adoption and expansion of market, this individual will be responsible for the successful execution of the company strategy in Morocco.
This is an international role where the ability to bridge cultures and build lasting professional relationships are critical success factors. Working with identified colleagues, sales leaders, marketing and development resources, this individual will play a key role in evangelizing Careems offer as well as executing sales programs to meet revenue goals as well as customer and community awareness.
About You
We are looking for mature experienced all-round sales account management skills.
Familiar with a project driven environment.
Good interpersonal skills.
Highly confident and self-motivated.
Educated to an university degree level
Experience in sales and business development with minimum 3 years of active account/sales management
Experience in the Moroccan Marke
IT industry experience or knowledge of Ground Transportation business desirable
Fluent in Arabic, French and English
