Roots academy is looking for a receptionist to work with our team under the supervision of the director to take care of the reception of participants, guests, partners and any other actor linked to the school's activities.
Profile required :
Previous experience in reception or similar activities is desirable, an academic background in reception or secretarial work is a plus
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, smiling, warm, welcoming person, attentive to detail
Ability to deliver clear and complete reports, information materials and correspondence.
Ability to be well organized, to be rigorous and to deliver quality work in a timely manner
Interpersonal skills (availability, listening, patience, positivity), dynamic person and force of proposal and suggestion
Teamwork, adaptability, flexibility, open-mindedness and initiative
Arabic and English or French written and spoken fluently, knowledge of the 3 languages is a plus
Good knowledge of computer tools, particularly Word and Excel, PowerPoint is a plus
