Buhler Group in Casablanca, Morocco is looking for skilled, experienced, and highly motivated Quotation Engineer to join our team. The mission of this role is to Provide technical leadership and direction for projects in the quotation phase (Type: B and C projects).In charge to deliver the required quotation services within the given time and required quality, while ensuring compliance with Bühler related directives and EHS standards. Fundamental is the development and guidance of the existing quotation team and supporting with the new quotation process for the North, West & Central Africa Region.

Tasks

• Focus on handling projects category B and C

• Technical and commercial responsibility for quotations

• To elaborate technical and commercial analysis of customer requirements in alignment with the sales manager

• Manages the allocated scope of work to achieve the quotation goals and objectives

• Development of the technical concept & fundamental coordination with sales, technology, installation, engineering, and commercial services

• Preparation of layouts, project schedules and DOW (Division of Work) document

• Development and refinement of regional quotation process

• Support on handling new business segments

• Ensure timely response on technical issues internally

• In charge to discuss and agree on technical topics during customer negotiations

• Capture return of experience and best practice, apply lessons learned

• Communicate and deliver on committed deadlines

• Commitment to drive bottom up & efficient solutions
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Higher technical education (Professional School / Technical College)

• CAD (AutoCAD 3-D) basic knowledge

• English level PET

• Minimum 3 years as Quotation Engineer / Senior Quotation Engineer in Buhler office

• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills

• Customer focus

• Sound judgment and decision-making skills

• Good problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a matrix organization

• Good written and oral communication skills

• Industry and basic business knowledge

• Comfortable working on multiple projects at one time. Able to plan and organize work in order to meet project dates and objectives
