We are looking for Quality Systems Officers for our client, a Pharmaceutical Group with a production facility in Morocco.

Your missions will be :

• Design and implement the company's quality systems, evaluate their efficiency and make them evolve
• Design and manage the company's reference systems (processes, procedures, etc.)
• Identify and analyze the non-quality points (defects, non-compliance with deadlines, poor organization ...) and propose corrective and preventive actions
• Prepare a study on the requirements and needs necessary for the realization of new projects (raw materials, finished products, stability study and method validation)
• Performing and monitoring analytical and process validations
• Carry out diagnostics and internal quality audits
• To elaborate the actions of sensitization of the personnel

• Master's degree in Quality Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry
• High English proficiency
• Strong knowledge of quality standards and procedures
• Strong knowledge of the regulatory constraints of the pharmaceutical sector
• Knowledge of quality management concepts, tools and methods
• Know how to deal with anomalies quickly
• Critical analysis and problem-solving skill
• Strong attention to details
