Responsibilities :

• Develop quality control strategies
• Define a project schedule and ensure project success
• Manage daily status, sprint planning, sprint retrospective, and sprint demos
• The ability to apply the best organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills to product development and strategy
• Ownership and accountability of the domain KPI’s
• Plan and perform audits such as operational, financial and compliance audits.
• Review audit findings and develop action plans.
• Organize audit meetings and coordinate internal and external audit activities.
• Develop process improvements to improve quality and effectiveness of deliverables.
• Interact with management to determine audit requirements.
• Develop audit presentations to management as needed.
• Review and recommend improvements to business procedures and internal controls.
• Develop risk models to access and mitigate potential risks.
• Maintain audit documentations according to established standards.

Requirements :

• Master’s/Bachelor degree in Audit, Computer Science or Project Management
• Excellent level in english
•  knowledge in internal audit implementation, ISO 9001, and agile and scrum frameworks
• IELTS / TOEFL Certifications
• Relevant experience in Business Intelligence
• Knowledge in: Python, Scala, Java and Tableau or equivalent
• Experience with data visualization and dashboards
• Distributed systems  
• Familiar with agile and lean start-up/innovation methods
