Key Responsibilities
• Supervise the quality assurance department and monitor activity.
• Support and monitor production operations, quality control, maintenance, storage and distribution by applying Good Manufacturing Practices (BPF).
• Ensure all procedures lay down, validation and implementation.
• Ensure that products are manufactured in accordance with good pharmaceutical manufacturing practices and guarantee the quality, safety and efficacy of products.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for the production of drugs for human use.
• Check production records and control documents, to be submitted to the pharmacist responsible for batch release.
• Approve reprocessing protocols.
• Ensure the implementation and monitoring of the validation master plan.
• Approve protocols and validation report of the manufacturing process.
• Approve cleaning validation protocols.
• Approve equipment qualification protocols.
• Ensure compliance with the equipment calibration schedule.
• Ensure selection and qualification of suppliers of excipients.
Profil recherché :
• Pharmacist. Master in biological science and quality engineering.
• At least 3 years in Quality Assurance department, preferably with some experience in production or logistics.
• Very good command of English.
