You will be responsible for ensuring product quality in supply chain. You will be leading local projects/initiatives in the area of quality in supply chain.
A day in the life of...
- Implement and enforce the quality system in a sustainable manner.
- Resolve all Supply Chain related Quality issues.
- Ensure adherence to good hygienic, warehouse and distribution practices in all Supply Chain facilities by implementing and supervising the correct pest management program.
- Support to implementation of Nestl Continuous Excellence in supply chain for zero defect and zero waste, esp. on problem solving, root cause analysis and DMAIC.
- Define and establish specific procedures, tools and training materials for quality.
- Implement Internal audit program in line with Market requirements.
- Ensure vendor audit Management.
- Assess that the Nestl Quality Management System is in place, and is obtaining expected results in a given operating unit.
- Supports activities to achieve compliance with FSSC 22000/ISO 9001 requirements, the Nestl Quality Management System requirements and other applicable instructions and standards.
- Manage consumer and customer complaint process as per internal standards and guidelines.
- Degree/Diploma in food science, biochemistry or microbiology or equivalent
- Good knowledge in local standards FSSC 22000 & ISO 9001.
- Basic knowledge in compliance and food safety.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
