We are recruiting Purchasers (M/F) for our client, a Pharmaceutical Group with a production facility in Morocco.

Missions : 

- Analyze and process purchase requests issued by the various ;
different departments;
- Puchase and manage the GMP and the consumables for production;
- Manage and follow up the purchase orders;
- Search, select and qualify new suppliers;
- Draw up specifications for suppliers or external service providers;
- Launch and follow up on calls for tenders and analyze suppliers proposals;
- Negotiate with purchases the optimal conditions of price, deadlines and quality;
- Draft and manage the suppliers contracts;
- Control the quality of raw materials and other items;
- Manage and update the suppliers files;
- Fill in the purchasing dashboards.

- University Degree in a purchasing related field;
- At least 5 years of experience in purchasing in the Pharmaceutical Sector;
- High English proficiency;
- Knowledge of procedures of calls for tender;
- Knowledge of the customs regulations ( international context) ;
- Great negociation and communication skills.
