The UM6P Center for Doctoral Studies offers interdisciplinary and transversal training in specific themes adapted to the contemporary challenges of Moroccan and African context. The main mission is to develop a transversal synergy between different themes and research subjects and guarantee rigorous academic standards and to establish lasting collaborations and scientific exchanges with Moroccan, African and international institutions, and laboratories to offer our doctoral-student possibilities of international exposure and exchange. UM6P Center for Doctoral Studies ambition to provide doctoral students with an interdisciplinary culture and promote the university's contribution to sustainable development through advanced entrepreneurship and technological innovation.
Job description:
The candidate will be involved in the PhD Registration, International Dual Degree PhD (COTUTELLE), collaborations and all administrative functions related to the Cedoc functioning including:
- Contribution to the academic development of training programs
- Respond to all support or relay needs for the successful completion of training programs.
- Academic and Pedagogical Operations.
- Develop a student recruitment process and launch admission juries, draw up the administrative files of students, and ensure their integration in terms of pedagogy and logistics

Profil recherché :
Requirements for candidates:
- Master's degree or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills including written and oral presentation skills in Arabic, French and English language.
- Use a range of software, including email, spreadsheets and databases, to ensure the efficient running of the center.
- Ability to engage professionally (ability to work in a group setting) with a diverse population of faculty, staff, and students across the university and externally is required.
- Effective time management.
- Problem-solving skills.
