About The Role

• Responsible for all the manufacturing aspects of the programs from the award, and act as the interface between the Program Core team and Manufacturing Team
• weekly reporting project's status, as well as projects indicators and improvement plans.
• Plan Project launches and lead industrialization activities
• Report all manufacturing risks analysis and their associated action plans and opportunities for improvement.
• Supervise the customer audits related to projects milestones, Build preparation and coordinate with QA department the Production Part Approval Process.
• Schedule and execute the Capex & Opex spending vs the program milestones and needs
• Follow up cost saving opportunities implementation
• Participate in the RFQs elaboration of awarded projects
• Follow Lear program Management System (LPMP), and company standards.
• Coordinate Layout changes activities and production capacity increases
  

To Be Successful In This Role

• Engineering degree
• At least 6 years of experience in an automotive environment
• 2 to 3 years of required experience in industrial project management as project leader
• PMP certification is a huge plus
• Fluency in English
