Your Role

• MFG-PRO provides the participants with a wide breadth of experience of different functions across the manufacturing organization (Product Engineering, Sales, Finance, HR, Supply Chain Management, Production Control & Logistics, Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, Program Management, Quality )

• 2 years of continuous and structured development.

• Participants of the program will rotate through 4 assignments, each lasting 6 months.

  • 3 assignments in home country

  • 1 international assignment.

• Over the course of the program we’ll work with you to develop that potential in 2 key areas:

• Personal growth - Learning how to lead, communicate and collaborate.

• Professional development - Gaining specific expertise in your area of choice.

• In 3-4 years following program completion, you’ll have an opportunity to grow your role into a leadership position

Your Background

• Driven, creative, and fearless talents graduating this year or within last 2 years

• Excellent communication and team work skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to 'think outside the box' when under pressure

• Fluent (written and spoken) English

• Adventurers who are ready for an international assignment.
