• The ESG Analytics team delivers analytical and production capacity in a centralized manner to meet the needs of all MESG’s business lines. In addition to conducting analytical work, team members serve as Subject Matter Experts regarding ESG data, analytics and opinion.

Role/Responsibilities

• The Production Planning Manager for ESG Analytics – Impact, Regulation & Climate (IRC) will take ownership of the production programming of MESG universe to enable the IRC research lines achieve their production and annual delivery targets. The role is foreseen to grow in scope and coverage as the universe expands.
• The successful candidate will be working closely with the Team Leaders of each research line in IRC.

Responsibilities :

• To create and maintain a master schedule to programme the annual data collection and analysis of IRC research lines;

• To create solutions and tools to implement an efficient production schedule;

• To apply above solutions and assist each Team Leader in the production planning, delegation and keeping track of completion;

• To timely inform the Team Leaders for any change in the universe that impacts production planning;

• In case of delays, to work with Team Leaders in creating solutions to meet production targets and create efficiencies;

• To liaise with IT, universe management and other stakeholders for fixes, additional information, clarifications, correction of errors, and other issues;

• To address information requirements (ex. Website info, reporting dates, etc.) of the production team based on the universe;

• To explore vendor solutions for additional information in aid of universe planning;

• To create and maintain KPIs for reporting.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree required (preferred Economics, Finance, Maths, Statistics, etc.);

• Expertise in MS Excel (VLookup, XLookup, Index/Match, Pivot Tables and Reporting, advanced conditional formatting). Knowledge of macros highly desirable;

• Keen attention to detail;

• Proficiency of written and spoken English (working language);

• Ability to collect and manipulate quantitative and qualitative data ;

• Proficient in technical document research and information organisation;

• Knowledge of the other Microsoft Office Package (PowerPoint, Word);

• Team spirit, communication, and good listening skills.
