The Position

• As a Product Loader with Intrepid, your main responsibility is entering supplier rates and product information into the internal product database which are used by the Sales, Operations, Reservations, and Contracting Teams. This role will load into the system accurate data to build up itineraries for scheduled departure series and additional service pricing, to quote for internal & external business, and to invoice clients and pay suppliers.

Some of the everyday tasks you’ll support are :

• Entering Data from rate sheets, contracts, and other data sources into the internal Data system (Travel studio & Elements)
• Sense check source documents for accuracy before Data entry and verify data /correction with the Purchasing or sales team
• Work towards deadline given to reach loading targets and maintain and update the product loading log to record your progress
• Develop good working relationships with Purchasing, Sales and Finance Team
• Assist System Loading Manager with specific tasks or projects as required
