Our client, an international operator of telecommunications and one of the world leaders, is recruiting as part of the development of its activities in Morocco, his Planning Materials Controller.
 

• Position responsibility
• Undertake project supply solution and proactively manage the project supply progress and supply and demand risks. Design and manage the implementation of project supply solutions, and take responsibility for the supply-availability of contracts.
• - Develop the supply sub-plan (shipment, arrival, importation license, customs clearance, dispatch, supply resource preparation, etc.), manage the implementation, identify plan and configuration changes, adjust the supply solution in a timely manner, and be responsible for the supply performance KPI of the project.
• Develop demand forecasts, organize the development of material/logistics resource forecast plans, identify supply risks in advance, develop contingency plans, and manage them in a closed-loop manner.
• End to end order management (Develop order plans in system, monitor order fulfillment, trigger preparation for import and export documents, and support customer acceptance and commercial POD signing)
• Develop and break down inventory improvement targets, analyzing end to end inventory structure and mobilizing redundant local inventories, continuously improve the turnover of the project stock while keeping balance of supply and demand
• Being willing to collaborate with customers in all possible domains, including but not limited to supporting sales bidding, trading language structuring, and management of customer expectation, responsible of customer satisfaction degree.

Professional Knowledge

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor Degree or preferably Supply Chain Management. At least 5 years' experience in manufacture, telecommunication industry, specialized in project management, Material planning, inventory management, etc, it would be better to be familiar with the BOM knowledge, specialize in data analysis.
• Experienced in supplying management, material planning, inventory management

• Skilled for Microsoft office use
• Fluent English speaking, listening comprehension, reading.
