About the Team:

TikTok Middle East Operations Team is to guide and accelerate the formation of the sustainable content eco-system, connect all the XFN team together from MKT, Commercial to Data, Product team and so on to support all our business goals and manage the relationship with our core users & partners.


Responsibilities:

o Define, maintain, and evolve the overall creator strategy.

o Acquire new influencers/celebrities through engaging one-on-one via email and social media channels, as well as at live events.

o Resolve issues with and between creators in a timely and professional manner, including celebrities, responsible for inappropriate or misleading content, or abuse of giveaways.

o Activate influencers and celebrities, manage them across all internal teams' requirements, and deliver regular reporting.

o Train influencers and celebrities on how to create high-quality content, through conducting regular workshops, gathering insights and requirements, and providing valuable tips and approaches on how to 'TikTok'.

o Identify and implement additional operations improvements across the team. Support Team Development/Community Development.

o Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Community to create campaigns to activate content creators/ influencers/ celebrities.

o Track performance of campaigns and individual creators using internal and third-party tools, and present weekly reports of activities, activation, issues, and coverage.

o Maintain constant communication-and-feedback loop with marketing, PR, and Product; be the advocate internally on behalf of creators to ensure their needs are met.


Qualifications

- Great communication skills in both Arabic and English, French is a plus

- 3+ years experience related to influencer marketing in the Middle East, and influencer management.

- Solid understanding of digital content/strategy making, digital video, entertainment/social platforms

- Experience in creators management/influencer landscape in North West African countries including Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia (talent management is a plus)

- Strong analytical skillset is preferred, including comfort with excels and presentations.

- Extensive network of contacts and influencer relationships across the Middle East especially in North West African countries.

- Collaborative team player, action-oriented, and a strong drive for results.

- BS/MS degree in journalism, media, communications, marketing, English, or PR is preferred.
