As ME project supervisor , you will lead Transfer Projects, capacity extensions & replacement Projects in Flow 5 and Engineering changes (acc. the existing procedures) , Lead the Project to satisfy customers and the company targets, with respect to quality, cost, time, delivery and services & Promote the Customer relationship. in this position, you will report to Manufacturing Engineering Manager.

Your Role

• Ensure the achievements of the agreed Project goals

• Ensure the project saving (Process optimization, Cycle time & Lead time reduction).

• Optimizes the margin and the Project payback.

• The role requires a detailed development of timing and plan to cover projects - expectations at the right milestones

• Position requires ability to manage cross functional Teams as they relate to project status (Account Manager, Product Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Buyer, Quality Engineer, sending site core team)

• He / She leads the core team in review meetings to ensures the Project goals

• Manage assigned projects based on Aptiv process and procedures

• Ensures the compliance and application of tools like SharePoint, F3x, DPLM

• Participate in Management Project Reviews, reporting to the RLT/GLT on monthly bases (Key metrics)

• Ensures the handover to operations and a flawless production ramp-up

Your Background

• Masters in Engineering degree

• 5-10 years of experience in Automotive industry

• Experience in functional people management

• English, communication skills, leadership.
