As a Master Data Lead for Project Business, your primary responsibilities will be to handle all aspects related to data management in the local Enterprise Resource Planning system for project business.

The individual in this position will lead the following scope:

1. Master Data Management for PS project modules:
   • Scope: Morocco, Algeria & SEInt / customers, vendors, material
   • Create, maintain & update the material database
   • Create new customer and update the customer master data according use and business done with these customers.
   • Hourly rate input, Timesheet supervision, support on technical blockage on system (typically at month end)
2. Finance: Support on FICO, overlook Month End closing, billing plan, invoicing
3. Daily support on problem met by project, logistics and finance team
   • Continuous improvement, keep track of the issues, share feedback on the problems for the teams
4. Support implementation of CS Service module & other SAP related improvement projects

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated team player with good time management, verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to effectively utilize company software programs/collaborative tools and can manage several tasks simultaneously.

Essential Skills are the following:

• Bachelor degree, no experience required as it is an entry position
• Understanding of Logistics and Supply chain schemes
• Database management;
• SAP skills;
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point…)
• Good communication skills in English and French
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Demonstrate organizational and planning skills
• Ability to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills
• Well-developed inter-personal skills
• PC literate, general IT knowledge (Network, Windows...)
• Presentation Skills
