Poste proposé : Market Analyst
The Market Analyst will be part of the NETIS Group’s Marketing and Communication team while based in Casablanca. She/He will provide us with cutting-edge insight to help drive our business forward with data-driven decision making.
She/He will help us to fully understand our competitive positioning in each operating country within the telecommunication market and work with our business development and sales team to plan and support our future strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong broad technical and analytical skill set with a commercially focused mentality.
- Identifies and defines the objective of an assigned marketing research project; determines the best methods to meet those objectives.
- Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis for NETIS operating countries.
- Working with local sales and marketing manager to gather requirements, understand business opportunities, challenges and deliver insights.
- Gather and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it and makes recommendations related to research findings.
- Delivers monthly reports and presentations of findings to management and/or executive leadership.
- Design specific research methods based on different market.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Profil recherché pour le poste : Market Analyst
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing research, Statistics, Math, or related field required.
- 2 to 4 years of experiences in market studies.
- Experience working with databases and dashboards using all relevant data to inform decisions.
- Experience working in complex situations with significant ambiguity and quick turn-around times.
- Experience working in African market and in Telecom industry.
- Fluent in English and French
Proficient IT skills across the Microsoft desktop suites and the following :
- Statistical software packages: SPSS, SAS, DAX
- Database manipulation: SQL and CRM management
- Advanced data visualization methods: Excel VBA
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Superior research and analytical skills.
- Ability to translate complex concepts and methodologies into easily understood language.
- Knowledge of data collection and analysis methods, big data, and research techniques.
