The role of Mandrin teacher  is to maximise student learning through the collaborative planning, preparation and teaching of programmes which meet students’ individual needs and achieve specific student outcomes. 
The teacher will be accountable for the effective delivery of the programmes and for the concomitant assessment (formative and summative), recording and reporting. . The following summary of key responsibilities provides further detail regarding the expectations of the role.
